Progress Lesson Counselling Process
Step 1: Open Online Evaluation Form Responses. Search by Student Name and date to find the student's data.

Step 2: Open the Progress Counselling Report.

Step 3: Copy the student's name from the Online Evaluation Form Responses to the Progress Report.
Step 4: Copy the student's CEFR level from the Online Evaluation Form Responses to the Progress Report using the drop-down list..
Step 5: Copy the student's score for vocabulary / grammar / pronunciation / fluency / appropriateness / coherence from the Online Evaluation Form Responses into the Progress Report by clicking the appropriate star..
Step 6: Save the Progress Report as a PDF, then print the Progress Report.
Step 7: Use the CEFR Level Expectations to explain the Progress Report to a student in a scheduled counselling session. Give the Progress Report to the student.
