By the end of the lesson, the student should be able to compare different products they want to buy.

The student should be able to compare different products they want to buy by following the 4 steps below:
1) state what they want to buy
2) compare multiple items
3) compare two items
4) make a decision
e.g.
A) Hello. Welcome to ABC store. Can I help you?
B) Yeah, I'm looking for a new TV.
A) What kind of TV are you looking for?
B) I'd like a 50" 4K TV that can access Netflix.
A) OK. Let me show you what we have.
B) All of these models are 50" and have 4K screens, plus they can access Netflix.
A) Great. I really like these three. Out of the three, which is the most popular?
B) These two are both very popular.
A) I see. OK then, between the two which has more HDMI ports?
B) This one does.
A) And which has better picture quality?
B) I think the picture quality on this one isn't as good as the picture quality on this one.
A) Yes, I see what you mean. OK I'll get this one.
